1.5 Order refers to the request for a Product by the Customer to the Company which includes specific requirements and instructions.

1.6 Product is the outcome of the processed Order which is written and delivered to the Customer as a digital document as per their requirements.

1.7 Product Revision is a request sent by the Customer to the Company for making amendments to the Product in line with the original requirements.

1.8 Support Staff is the Company's team responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Order process through WhatsApp and email communication.

1.9 The Writer is a Company's freelance professional who provides research and writing services to the Customer as outlined in the Order requirements.

2.1 The Customer may place an Order by filling out the Order form on the Website and submitting it via WhatsApp, or by directly contacting Support Staff on WhatsApp.

2.2 The Order Form specifies the scope of work, details of the Order, and delivery terms. The Customer is obligated to provide accurate, clear, and comprehensive information.

2.3 GraduateEssayPro.com does NOT require customers to register or create accounts. No personal details are stored or collected beyond what is necessary for order completion and communication.

2.4 All communication and order management is conducted through WhatsApp or email for customer convenience and privacy.

2.5 The Customer should provide contact information (WhatsApp number or email) solely for order-related communication purposes.

3.1 Payment for the Product is calculated according to the Company's pricing and should be paid in advance. The Company starts processing the Order only after payment confirmation.

3.2 Payment methods include Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, PayPal, and other secure payment options as communicated by Support Staff.

3.3 For large orders ($500 USD or higher), payment installments may be arranged with the following conditions:
